Program content

ACCEPTANCE AND COMMITMENT THERAPY UPDATING COURSE aims to equip health professionals with the concepts, methods and history of ACT (Hayes, Strosahl and Wilson, 1999) through biweekly meetings lasting seven hours Plus three hours of supervision.

The course includes the theoretical

  and philosophical bases of the ACT,

  the clinical practice, with exercises 

 and experiences, and supervisions 

 on the cases attended by the 

 students.

Methodology

Lecture, demonstration, exercises,

  training, seminars and supervised

  practice.

Rating criteria

Theoretical test, reading verification,

  reflections of the exercises done in

  class and seminars.

The minimum compulsory frequency

  is 75% 

 The final average should be at least

  7.0. If you do not achieve this 

 average, a Recovery study may be

  provided as long as it has a 75% 

 frequency.

Certificate of completion


The Certificate is issued and 

 registered in the proper book of the

  School of Permanent Education of 

 the Hospital das Clínicas of FMUSP.

Conteúdo programático
O curso de Atualização em Terapia de Aceitação e Compromisso (ACT) tem como objetivo instrumentalizar profissionais da área da saúde sobre os conceitos, métodos e história da ACT (Hayes, Strosahl e Wilson, 1999) por meio de encontros quinzenais de sete horas de duração somados a três horas de supervisão.

 O curso contempla as bases teóricas e filosóficas da ACT, a prática clínica, com exercícios e vivências, e as supervisões sobre os casos atendidos pelos alunos.
Metodologia
Aula expositiva, demonstração, exercícios, treinamento, seminários e prática supervisionada.
Critérios de Avaliação
Prova teórica, verificação de leitura, reflexões dos exercícios feitos em aula e seminários.
A frequência mínima obrigatória é de 75%
A média final deverá ser de no mínimo 7,0. Caso não consiga esta média, poderá ser proporcionado estudo de Recuperação desde que tenha 75% de frequência.
Certificado de Conclusão
O Certificado é expedido e registrado em livro próprio da Escola de Educação Permanente do Hospital das Clínicas da FMUSP.
